MEMBER TERMS OF SERVICE

INTRODUCTION

   Please review the Terms carefully before using the Services because they affect your rights. By using the Cappers Connection Site, any of the Services and/or the audio and video materials, photographs, text, graphics, logos, layouts, designs, interfaces, software, advice, predictions, statistics, data and other content associated with the Services (the "Content") you accept and consent to the terms and conditions of Cappers Connection, and agree to be legally bound by them.

ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

   THE CAPPERS CONNECTION SITE, THE SERVICES AND THE CONTENT ARE BEING PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR ANY FORM OF GAMBLING OR WAGERING. You are prohibited from using the Services to gamble or wager on the result of any game. If we believe that you have violated the prohibitions in this paragraph, we may immediately terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice to you. Not with standing any other provision of this agreement or of law, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees paid to us if your access is terminated because of a violation or alleged violation of this Agreement.

 SUBSCRIPTIONS

   All Subscriptions give access for a set time period and in no way suggest that you will receive a pick every day during that time period. However, we do extend access time on any 3 day or 7 day ALL PICKS Subscriptions for each day a play is not released, but not on any other subscriptions. You acknowledge and agree that payments made for any subscription access to this website shall be deemed earned in full once you access the subscription-only area of this web site (or any affiliate websites).  You further acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any refund in the event your subscription is terminated, regardless of the reason for termination.  You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and that there shall be no refunds and no exchanges.

GUARANTEE POLICY

   All packages are fully guaranteed to net a profit and you will receive a credit into your account that is equal to the amount of the purchase for that package. On packages with multiple games, if one game is postponed, profit is determined by the remaining games. Profit is always determined by $100 to win per suggested unit by that handicapper.
   Subscriptions of 30 days or less are also fully guaranteed. Any subscription that does not net a profit at the end of its term will be renewed at no cost for a time period equal to the original subscription for one time only. All other subscriptions are not guaranteed.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

   You will earn rewards off the first purchase of any new member you send us. Your rewards points will be equal to the amount of their first purchase ($40 max). Below is a guide as to how much it takes to get your free access. You can check the status from your member's area. Referred members who have purchased will show a status of yes and the date they made their purchase, which is the date you received your points. Referred members that have not made a purchase have a status of no and the date they joined.
